Exhibitor Information

Does your company sell into to the Mid Atlantic Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, Agile and Seibel market? Consider exhibiting or sponsoring at the next MAOAUG meeting and get recognized by the Oracle users in your region.

Oracle Exhibitor sessions are available to sponsor at each MAOAUG meeting. Exhibitor sessions are only open to vendors who are sponsoring a table at the MAOAUG meeting. The cost of the exhibitor session is an additional $1000 (the combined booth and presentation cost is $1,500).

Exhibitor submissions will be reviewed by the MAOAUG board and vendors will be notified if their session is accepted.

Tabletop -- $500

  • 5� table � display your signage, give away promotional items, distribute sales and educational materials
  • Limited availability based on venue

Name Badge Sponsor -- $500

  • Name and logo on all attendee name badges
  • One Name Badge sponsorship available

Speaker Session Sponsor -- $1,000

  • Your company representative delivers a 45 minute presentation
  • Topic must be industry focused and educational � not a sales pitch -- company and services can be mentioned as part of the industry and educational presentation
  • Limited availability based on Oracle customer and Oracle employee speaking slots

Lunch Sponsor -- $2,000

  • Your company representative delivers a 30 minute presentation to all attendees during lunch
  • Topic must be industry focused and � not a sales pitch-- company and services can be mentioned as part of the industry and educational presentation
  • Name and logo on all invitations emailed to full membership, event calendar, and electronic publications promoting event
  • Special mention and recognition as event�s Primary Sponsor
